I need to replace a relay part number F57B- 14B192-AA (H8QTB) Where can I buy these please?

It seems to be used in a lot of Fords, so....

Google is your friend, they promise to keep all your secrets. Just sign on the dotted line. The price of entry is you. 
Check the usual online shops (rockauto, partsgeek, summit, jegs, etc.). Also jump on the dealership inventory sites if you're having problems (will cost you more but they'll usually have the part). Relays are fairly typical, though. May not have the same number but you should see the relay type and diagram on it somewhere, and in a bind you can find another that does the same job. Connections are typical. 4-pin or 5-pin 30/40A etc
