Help Polishing

I'd like to clean these up to it's original brushed steel look. I know I could polish it somehow to a shinny finish, but not what I want. These are water marks after it got shipped back from Europe. I haven't tried anything yet because I don't want to mess it up. Any advise would be appreciated, i.e., materials, tools, etc.

Have you tried blue magic metal polish. It is excellent. It took off discoloration and minor surface rust on my used SS axlebacks

Spray on and rinse off. Done.

Does that work on brushed aluminum though?? If so, I need a bottle of that!

If I were you, I would try White Diamond Metal Polish (one of the few products from Autozone I actually like) with a microfiber pad. If that doesn't work, Poorboys Master Cut is something we use on Harley chrome and polished/brushed aluminum when it has water spots and other defects.

Brian, yes it does. We use it on our wheels and fuel tanks on our Internationals.

ok i got that stuff in teh mail today. any secrets on use? gonna try it tomorrow on a motorcycle

We just spray it on, let it sit 30 seconds or so and rinse it off.
