OP, thanks for teaching me a few things...

1. DON'T LIE!!!

2. Don't call out other people in a forum for being broke, not having mods, and being old. There is much to learn here from the members of this forum.

3. Be humble. Yes, I too am a V6 owner and proud of what I have, but I am not going to try to compare or out do the members of this forum. On this one, you showed me how much these guys hate V6's.

4. and probably most imortant... Don't cross Rasmus!!! I don't wanna know what he can dig up on me.

A couple of questions for you...

You said you were a PO2. How come everything I see is you as an ET3? I don't see your name in the latest Navy Advancment results.

What impact does lying on the internet have when it comes to security clearances?

In the pic of your car with 4 trophies, why does the one on the left have a plate that says 1976-2012? Could you take some pics of the plates on all the trophies so we can see what they were awarded for.

My advice to you is to apologize to the forum and to think before you speak or do.

For those of us who haven't served, could somebody break down ranking system and what the difference is there?

Thanks

This might help you out...

He is an Electronics Technician Third Class Petty Officer (aka an E-4). Enlisted military scale goes from E-1 to E-10.

His job in the Navy would be to troubleshoot and repair communications equipment, antennas, and radars.

Well, late to the party as usual, but a good read.

I was saving up for a strobe light for my car but it always seemed out of reach financially. Finally I just gave up and used what little money I had to buy a supercharger.

Been kicking myself ever since...

I am crying right now. LMAO!

hahaha.

I can change it to solid or strobe

ok ok so we have some old folks here in their retirement homes now with nothing to do other than make fun of a kid who loves mustangs and puts time into his car and does the stuff himself. Got it go right ahead yes it is a v6 for now till i blow the engine from the procharger and meth kit also that is installed. then im getting im going to drop the 5.0 crate motor in and go from there. plus as of right now its not used for speed its used for a show car. The interior is being redone as we speak and its going to have a wide body kit put on it. It has air ride suspension. u dont think i have put money into this ur dead wrong i also make money from sponsors and car shows

This is what really got the thread going it seems.

Let me get this straight...

You have a 2012 Lava Red V6.

You don't have any mention of a blown setup or pictures on any of the many forums you're on. I checked Allfordmustangs, Mustang Forums, Mustang Evolution. No pictures on either your imageshack or photobucket account. I even found your porn cam profile from 2009.

You post a picture that you say you took of your Procharger install, when you did it.

I post the damn thumbnail you stole from Youtube of a Procharger install on a 2011 Black V6, including a link to the video where you see the Florida car from 6 months ago.

And you didn't lie?

I wold insult you, but you probably wouldn't get it.

Rasmus..........I am never, ever, going to piss you off (hopefully).

here is another pic

Well, you did do something right---you have a beautiful baby daughter, congratulations (seriously--not kidding).

Navy ranks are just crazy because their career class is also included in their rank. Took me a while to figure that whole thing out while I was deployed with them.

I always thought our way was easier to understand. lol

You never have to ask what an enlisted man in the Navy does, it's in his title. EM3, Electrician's Mate 3rd Class. All that MOS crap I never understood.

Yup and unless the Navy has specific job test for promotions, job titles should not be in the rank. Just my $.02

They do. You can't advance in rank unless you score well on your ratings exam. Even then it's not a given. When I took the E-5/EM exam, I passed it with a good score. Only problem was there were over 1500 E-4/EMs taking the exam for E-5 and only 250 were being promoted. Fleet wide.

Enlisted ranks go from E1 - E9.

Officer ranks go from O1 - O10.

Unless they've added an E10 rank I'm not aware of. :beerchug2:

Frank, those are the pay grades. For awhile, the Air Force had Senior airman and Buck Sgt, they were both E-4.

There is an E10. That is the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (aka MCPON).

Negative! He's still an E-9. Titles like MCPON or CMSAF are special pay grades, but are still considered E-9's.

I stand corrected.

I just looked at the pay chart and saw that the top enlisted get the special pay.

I'll just keep quiet for awhile.
