HID Light Challenges

The HID kit I put in my 05 was a Bi-xenon kit made by Phillips in Germany. It was about 3 times more expensive than the Chinese specials you find all over fleaBay, but it has worked perfectly for years. Having looked at several other kits, the external quality of the Phillips kit was definitely evident.

Well it wasn't my bulbs, guess I'm gonna have to switch the ballast now.

i had issues on my 09 v6 with hids and a relay harness solves the problem by providing direct battery power to the bulbs and ballast.

this is the answer.

Relay harness is only for your highbeams. Has nothing to do with low beam. Just look at HID foglight kits they are single beam no relay. The relay is for the bulb to be switched in highbeam mode.
