I recently acquired a 2013 v6 with some faults, nothing serious except this, the high fan is always active and the low one is not active, I already checked the wiring and it seems to be fine, I already changed the relays, the ect do not change it because if it reads in forscan, even so I don't know whether to discard it, code p0645 and recently p0481 but I don't know if it's because it's moving things because it didn't mark it before, in forcan the HFC says yes fault and I can't turn on LFC from forscan, I don't know what else to discard or change the PCM, any help is appreciated.

You need to lift up the fuse panel and look at the underside of the panel where the fan relay is. Almost guaranteed you will find burnt wiring.

This happened on my 08, low speed fan resistor was burned out. Remove yours and inspect it if you have not already done so.
