Hood pin question

Has anybody used these pins or heard of anybody using them??

I bought a set of those last fall. Only took about 30 minutes to intall and they look and work great. The best part is that I didn't have to cut any holes in the radiator cover.

Not having to cut up my radiator cover is what I liked about them. I have the midwest cover and extention.
