I am looking to get Koni's for my 2010 GT this summer and want to understand how to use the rebound function.

I think that I would dial in more rebound on the rear to induce a little more over steer to balance the car?

Would you then run tire pressures even so the shocks were the only factor or use both?

I got my shocks from Sam Strano, he quite active on this site and sells them at a great price. He can also tell you how to best use them. I love mine! I run them hard at the track then soften them up for the ride home. The difference is amazing.

Rebound does not change oversteer or understeer, and is separate from tire pressure.

I go through all the aspects of it with my customers when they buy shocks. Rebound changes roll and pitch rate, ride quality, response, how the car takes a set, etc.

Cool. I'll look forward to putting my order in.

And another reason why I can't wait to get the Koni adjustable from you Sam!
