Explain this. It has to be vacuum related. Has to be a bad gasket on the lower intake... or on the intake itself, I had the bottom half off to clean it up and look at the exchanger, but resealed it carefully. Does it with the belt off.
Once you watch for a few seconds ffwd to :45.
