Funny that you say that. When I was 15, I had a chopped 25 Model T truck with a 327 and a 4 speed.

I have an old Texaco 1926 Model T truck in my garage right now. Today, I just finished building a new bed for it. It has a high compression head, aluminum pistons instead of the factory cast iron pistons, Zenith carb, and a Warford spliter box behind the factory 2 speed manual trans. If I was brave enough, I think it would go 50-55 MPH. They are a little spooky to drive because they don't have brakes on the axles only a brake band inside the transmission.

I like these old cars because they are part of our nations industrial history.

I agree. My uncle has 2 1929 Model A's. 1 truck and 1 roadster. Ive been trying to get the truck since i was 16 years old. Unfortunately they are sitting in a garage covered and havent run in at least 20 years. Id still love to get either.
