Interior cleaning

In January I picked up a 17 gt and need a little advice. First off does anyone know if the console and dash are vinyl? I just wanna be sure so I know what product to use on it. Also what can I use to protect the aluminum interior pieces? I dont want the finish to come off like in my 07. Thanks.

VLR works good. Or griots interior detailer. The stuff from chemical guys and Adam's polishes work great as well.

I've always heard Pledge furniture polish is great to use on interiors. Repels dust also, so the dash stays clean longer. I've used it sporadically for years on my old truck, works well and has never discolored anything.
