K member motor mounts

I have and installed your k member. I ran into 2 issues with the engine mount height.

1. The passenger side header now hits the a ARM.
2. The transmissions tail is higher now and causing the Driveshaft to hit the shift linkage.

Is there a way to raise the motor up?
