I also have the k springs with tokico struts/shocks 5" of clearance on the front splitter (gt500) looks great but i fear it may be a little too much for our poorly maintained roads....

Good example of my lack of clearance

I also had the K springs on stock shocks. After 20k miles the stock struts were starting to leak fluid. I'm on the Koni STR.Ts now and the ride is much better. No more bouncing or sudden movements over large dips/imperfections on the road.

Looks great! I'm on UPR Pro Series springs, which are the same as FRPP K. I love em! Did you cut your bump stops? I just did mine on Saturday and it rides better now.

No I didn't cut at all. I need to figure out something haha every little bump COUNTS haha.

I should've taken a picture while I was under my car...

On the UPR/Eibach springs, my rear snubbers were hitting the bump stop brackets so much they rubbed through the paint. I never really noticed them hitting while driving the car, but now that I cut them, the car rides smoother.

Hmm I need to look into that this weekend then. The only thing I hear is my magnaflows hitting the top of the axles every bump haha.

Cool. Let me know what you find. I've heard some of the later year Mustangs got different snubbers from the factory, but that might've been just the Shelbys. I'll be interested to hear what you see with yours. I only had probably less than half an inch of travel on mine before the snubbers touched the plate.

No problem I'll check it out and send you some pics tomorrow. My car will be on jack stands have to put in the sway bar relocation brackets in. So you can tell me what you think. When it comes to suspension I'm kinda weak in that area everything else I got it down haha.

I also cut down the jounce stops 3/4", to check I put a dab of grease and went for a run, came home and checked good to go!
Tokico D-Specs,K springs, BMR everything else, J&M caster plates.
5" of clearance on the front splitter, rides like its on rails with 6 turns out, no wheel hop!

Great looking car buddy! I know the feeling. Once my wheels hop was gone I was so happy! I have complete control of my car now.

I have the same front lip.. You get about an inch of clearance up front. Atleast thats where I am at, others have more.

I cut my bump stops down about a half inch, I wonder if it'll help

The roads in my area are not to bad so I could probably get away with it. IDK though. I think I will ponder it a bit more lol.
