I waited till this build was more in progress to start a thread. Thought id share incase anyone wanted to follow for learning/info. It is currently in Ohio at CRT-Performance and the engine is complete and in the car already so it shouldnt be to much longer as they didnt get the car till end of November and had suspension work and a cage to install also.
Old set up:
factory shortblock with Foxlake Ported heads and 127300 cams 62mm T-body Pypes LT's & O/R H 3650 stock clutch Alum DS 4.10 gear GT500 fuel system 60lb injectors and 2.6 Kenne Bell at 11lbs car made 529/447 on 93 octane
New set up:
Boss 5.0 block
Kellog 3.75 crank
Manly rods
Manley Pistons 9.3:1
127450 cams
100mm MAF HPX sensor
Raise KB to 20lbs
8 Rib set-up
IW 15% OD
Electric WP
Line lock
Added Dual BAP
Afco Dual 10" fan Heat Exchanger
Tremec 6060
RXT clutch
Steeda Radiator Support
Steeda Relocation Brackets
BMR K-member
BMR A-arms

With the pace CRT-Performance is going at, it will probably be running in 2-3 weeks. Then after clutch and engine break in Jeff will do the final tune. Hopeing to make some nice power but im afraid the Intake, T-body, and KB inlet elbow is gonna be a restriction. ST Motorsports was supposed to get back with me on a custom set up for this but looks like its not gonna happen in time. Maybe something to do next time I wanna waste some more money! LOL
