Longblock options for turbo setup

I need a longblock for a turbo setup rated to 700 rwhp.
What options are out there at a reasonable price ?
I prefer to buy the hole thing out the box (block, heads, cams, timing) allready assembled.

I could do a longblock for around $5000 - 6000 (depending on options) that would meet those requirements easily.
