In fairness my experience with Mike/TPS has been positive.

Mike at TPS is the guy that took care of me.
You would not believe all the crap that was wrong with my car....

I have to count myself among the lucky ones. Ultimately the credit card company refunded my money. But, for the principle and the sake of justice, I need to make my way to Turlock to file a proper police report along with other victims.

That's awesome that you were able to be made whole by the credit card company. Sorta interesting how things came full circle with your car... you posted on here looking for a good shop... got convinced to go to Vindicated instead of TPS and ended up coming to TPS
