Loose driver's side mirror.

Did a search here and on the internet and nothing addressed my problem. The problem: driver's side mirror is loose, but not the mounting nuts. Seems like only the black housing is loose. Do I have to take off the mirror and I'll find something inside that can be tighten or do I need another, better mirror?

Probably, my right mirror was once touched in a parking lot and the studs broke loose in the plastic housing, I glued them back in with epoxy.
