Replacing the power steering pump and I noticed that the high pressure line is loose, the nut itself is tight however, I am able to rotate and pull the line easily. The area around the hose is filthy so it has been leaking. I removed the line and checked to see if there was supposed to be an o-ring and it’s not designed for one. When I ordered a new pump I also noticed there are sealing washers available so I ordered those as well. Not sure if something is missing. Hose, line and fitting look stock to me as does the power steering pump.

The hose likely just needs the correct sealing washers. Even on stock fittings, they help prevent leaks and keep the line from moving.

I believe the hose is designed to swivel a bit. So loose is normal
