been chasing a vacuum leak and ran across this today. Is this normal or is my regulator bad? Thanks

Yeah I’m just trying to see if that’s my problem for now lol. Any suggestions on what I should replace it with? Seen a lot of people saying Aeromotive is junk…?

Never heard anything bad about Aeromotive and you might want to contact them and see if it’s under warranty.

I’ve used a Aeromotive biasing fuel pressure regulator for years. Maintains fuel pressure biased against boost pressure on a Harley. Aeromotive has rebuild kits and “O”Ring kits for servicing the regulators. Kits are available for gasoline or alcohol fuels. Using one of their fuel filters also. Dried out “O”Rings has been the only problem.

Test drive was unsuccessful…grrr! Car did good 1st trip thru town then starts high revving again. I’m about to give up on this POS. Very well could be the BBK TB and the TPS is outta whack. Just put a new TPS on it. About to drop the $$ on a FRPP TB I guess. Bought the regulator about 2yrs ago new, prob has 800 miles on it

Is there a way for me to plug my SCT in and watch the TPS readings? I looked at the gauges/datalog feature but didn’t see TPS voltage display. I’m using Live Gen II to datalog for Lito…wonder if TPS voltage is displayed on there? I dunno man, this reving has been killing me for months.

Are there any members near Tulsa, OK that I could drive to you and get some thoughts? I’m lost….

Update to post….ordered a new FRPP 62mm TB and it fixed everything. Car is driving much better. Hated spending the $$$ but seems to have fixed everything. No more sticking throttle, high revs, hanging shifts….hoping to finish tuning and get some #’s before turbo.

FRPP looks awesome but I liked the BBK look too…maaan $891 for a TB, dangit!!
