Lost half a keeper

I'm doing a valve spring swap. Passenger side is done. Doing an exaust valve spring on the drivers side and half a keeper dissapears when I'm putting it on. Cant find it anywhere. Oil drainbacks are plugged so it's not in the crankcase. I've spent over an hour looking for it and it just can't be found. I'm going to put half a keeper on for now and finish the rest of the springs. As long as I don't run it I think it will hold until the Ford dealership can get me one on Monday. Any reason it wouldn't?

There is all kinds little hidden spots in the heads.... Get a stick magnet just start moving it all around.

I was rotating the crank to put the next cylinder at tdc and and heard a click. This fell out. What a feeling of relief!

That little guy, I wouldn't worry about that little guy. (except for one of those)
