MAF voltage question

I data logged and my MAF voltage is 3.804, what is the maxed out voltage. Also what PID's show injector duty cycle

5.0 volts is max.

No, MAF v is just simply the voltage output of the sensor. That voltage is then converted (in the ECM) to a value of air in #/min, this is call the MAF transfer function. From there the computer does the calculations it needs to do like a/f and spark.
If your transfer function is right, then it is up to the spark and fuel tables...

Ummm Mike, could you speak in layman terms.......lol. At WOT it was like 778 on the data log, don't know if it means anything, was just curious if I could tell anything from that number as far as good or bad performance. But thanks for your input......I am always trying to learn new things. I'm an "old school" guy, you know carbs, distributors and pushrods.......lol

There is no indication from MAF counts to tell you if it is right or wrong.
MAF counts is an "input", you would need to look at "outputs" like spark or a/f to see if your tune is in shape...
Let's just say that cars can be making 650rwhp at 778 counts, so MAF V is really no indication of the tune itself nor the power that it makes.
