MagnaFlow OR/X Pipe, anyone have it?

Installed mine. For some reason it kicked my drivers side catback up slightly where it goes over the axle. Ive adjusted so many times and I still have the exhaust hitting noise. Only other thing I can see to do is flip the X pipe over and reconnect. When I originally installed I put it on the easiest way it would go.
Anyone else have a problem with the X Pipe?

i cut about 1/4 inch of my driver side from the xpipe. That was my only complaint, but other than that it sounds badass with their magnaflow street mufflers and no resonators...

Good Im not the only one with some issues. Sounds great with GT500 mufflers just need to fix it.

Wharf Rat, I'm the guy who bought your Magnaflow X.... it fits like a glove, not a single issue. Problem must have been with the cat-back portion.
I will probably be putting it up for sale soon though. Won't be needing it with the turbo kit that will be going on soon.

my xpipe was too long also. my magnaflow exhaust actually taps the rear end a bit, didnt really happen until it was lowered, raised the hangers a bit. am i the only one who doesnt like the sound, a bit raspy for me.

I think it's raspy too. Try the h pipe, its supposed to have a deeper sound.

I am interested in getting the magnaflow X pipe. Does it reuse the factory ball/socket clamps or does it come with 3" band clamps?

My bassani after cat is giving me adjustment issues. It is hitting the panhard brace. When i adjust then the left tip is off and pointing down. Grrr
