I don't know if any of you guys are looking for a place to get magnetic or vinyl numbers for your car, but http://www.izoomgraphics.com gave me great customer service, and I wanted to pass along the recommendation. I ordered these on Monday afternoon, early AM on Tuesday I got a notice that they had shipped, and they got here yesterday. Two thumbs up on the quality and customer service.

I have a similar set from the same folks, with the same comments: excellent product quickly delivered. Six numbers and six class letters (think autocross) came to about eighty dollars, including s&h.

And they stay on at 120-plus on the track. I don't know if they fly off at that speed on public roads...

I really like the idea of the magnetic numbers for my HPDEs but I just can't see them staying on at speed. Auto-x on the other hand...

I use the same sort of material and was hitting 125mph on straights before braking, and no movement. I just don't see them coming loose

Were you taping them for added security? I've done a little searching and it seems like some people put a little tape on the leading edge just in case. I ordered a set by the way thanks for the like OP.

+1 for iZoom. They will have your order shipped the next day. I've ordered a set of magnetics (for AX) and two sets of removable vinyl (for track days) from them over the past few years. The first set of vinyls lasted two years (put on and off about 15-20 times) and I just got the 2nd set for this year.

I never tried the magnetics at full track speed, too afraid they'd fly off. I've seen it happen several times to other guys.

Nice pics. I'm guessing the numbers held up? OT but are you on street tires? Any reason you didn't take a stab at STX?

Gears put me into ESP. Nobody would know if I was dishonest, but I couldn't have an unfair advantage according to SCCA rules. I've got an automatic because I've ruptured my left Achilles twice. The only gears legal for STX are the 3.15's. I've got 3.73's in my auto and they are legal in ESP because they are Ford gears and because you could buy a 2011 Mustang GT with 3.73 gears. Richmond, Motive, etc. gears would be illegal. There's some provision about being able to use parts from the same lineage/year model of car.

Yes, I'm on street tires for now. Once I become a better driver, then I'll switch to race tires.
