I didn't know if I should post this here or the pictures and video section?

Anybody have mesh style wheels on your car? Looking at different options like the HP Design Evo 2's. Any pictures would be greatly appreciated!:helpme:

Yeah, I just want to do something different then the run of the mill cobra's or fr500's.

I'm looking into hyper silver mesh wheels with a chrome lip for my satin silver gt.

Would 18x8 and 18x9 wheels not be wide enough for an after market rim with a lip?

What are the widths on those SSR's?

the fronts are 17X9 and 17X10.5 so...I would go wider than 8 or 9 inches.

Edit: well for the front I would do the 9 inch I did, and the rear I would go 10 but it's up to you.

Yea thats true, but my car is a love it/hate it type of thing. Some people absolutely dig it, and some just hate it because they have never seen anything like it. Gotta check where i'm from too, LOL. If you dont have bullets/saleen on your mustang you're in trouble. FR500s are pushing it.

Nice, are those CCW's 18's?

Also would 18x8 in front and 18x9 wheels in the back be a bad choice? I mean that is an upgrade from the 17x8 on the back currently correct?

Here are 2 pictures of the car now. Sitting on Sportline springs.

Now I'm having second thoughts. Opinions are thoroughly needed here.

My thoughts are either remove the stripes and go with hypersilver/chrome wheels or keep them and go with black wheels...

I had a 2002 silver GT with '03 cobra wheels on them. Looked great and i got a lot of compliments. If i were to have a silver mustang i would probably go with some kind of polished wheel again. Not chrome of course, but something with a little shine and not a lot of bling. I would definately consider a black wheel on your car though.

along with fnsweet06, mine arent "mesh" but not typical either... i think black wheels with the black stripes would look great on ur car!
