Been having this shhh-shhh-shhh-shhh sound when making a turn to right. I've had the front wheel off, check everything out (brakes, no play in hub, etc) Cannot figure out what it is.

The harder I turn it'll get louder. Keep thinking it's a warped rotor, hope it's not a wheel bearing, any ideas?

It's not a moan or groan, and I can hear it at any speed (speed dependent of course) but it's more of a swoosh (Kind of like the sound sanding makes)

Still have the stock brake lines? My BF has upgraded braided brake lines on his '97 and when he makes turns it makes that same sort of sound. Thinking out loud here again......

Probably a slightly warped rotor. Had the same issue until I replaced mine.

I'm thinking it's a rotor, it's not the shield, checked that and still stock brake lines. Wouldn't think it would make more noise when turning, but i guess all it needs is a tiny bit of deflection.

Just an excuse to upgrade if that's it!

Just to follow up, it was a rotor, replaced them all and wheel is nice and steady now.
