anyone know how much compression i would gain on a stock bottom end with a .020 milling? i would like to be around 10-10.5 to 1. stock heads and gaskets by the way. thanks.

Here is a calculator.If you use there rule of thumb,milling .020 will cut 3cc off the combustion chamber.

Edit: nm, figured it out... The chain tensioners will just tighten up the slack.

ive been trying to research and it looks like as a rough estimate every .010 is worth .1 in compression. but its hardly worth it. a full point is worth about 3% in power. My car is likely making 400 crank hp so if i wnet to 10.8 to 1 i would see 12 crank hp. so a couple tenths is not even worth it.
