the chin spoiler is a cdc aggressive and the splitter is a custom piece from APR performance, you have to call them and tell them what chin spoiler you are running and they can custom make one to fit your application. The splitter runs about $350 with the rods, and its not just that little lip, its actually a whole tray that goes all the way back to the front wheels wells.
