heres my 91k motor i got , i also go $200 shortys headers that fit great(ebay) ,, only thing i had to do was ream out 5 holes a hair and she slid right on,, welds look great,, it was a tight fit as you can see in pic (very close to frame,,, ) and you cant see it but very close to steering shaft but clears it ..
got her in sunday, this weeek im patching her up and getting ready for friday or Saturday start.. than winter i put on a on3 turbo to go 500+whp

hopefully i get more than 1200 miles out of this engine

I have exactly the same headers. Yes the clearance was indeed tight on the driver's side but both of them fitted well and look high quality. Actually these 304 SS JBA clones seem better quality than the real JBAs that cost about three times as much! :D I bought mine for just $123 plus shipping but I did also buy a set of SS bolts and a pair of gaskets that cost an additional $60 (wasn't sure if I could trust the items that came with the headers).
