motor bogged at NJMP

The motor started boggin when shifting. It got worse on a long runs. No codes came up. Ran fine on way home. We took it out yesterday and ran it hard on a staight to check the o2 volts and timming and it did it again only one time on a hard shift 3rd to 4th. o2 volts were .88 and timing was 31 at high rpm. We had a similar problem when intake pipe came loose but nothing is loose. Any sugestions? We called C&L whos tune we run and they said its not a tune problem, sounds like a fuel pickup problem.

mine has fuel pickup problems at less than 1/4 tank. thats the only time it has ever bogged, and it does it right before the shift, not after.
