Moving party July 22-24

I will be moving from my present house to a new house, approx 10 mins away the weekend of July 22-24 and would appreciate any help I can get. Pizza/beer/soda/water will be provided, I am going to hire a company to move the big stuff, get a POD to move some stuff into....etc..this is not my first move so if you help you won't have to pack stuff, that will be already done.

If you are available that weekend and could give me a hand let me know and thanks in advance.
