mpg's with 4.56's

made a little road trip today. for those thinking about gears and mpg's, here's a little input.

4.56 gears, five speed manual, 26.6 tall tire...i ran pretty much 67mph on about a 160 mile round trip and averaged 22.7 mpg's on the highway, fwiw.

also, my trip computer is usually pretty accurate.

Not bad, but what is it at 80 mph? My last hwy trip was 250 miles and I got 25 mpg at 70-75 mph w/ 4.10s and 27" tall tires (pre-supercharger)

Damn, I am not even second guessing going 4.56's with my 28's then.....

that's spinning a little fast....didn't try it, besides, that's ticket gettin' country.
