I hope they run outlaw 8.5 today while the light is good.

Right on. That kid built that entire car himself including learning to weld and doing the 25.5 in his garage and getting it certed. Very cool to see it doing work

Armen had a huge wheel stand today, carried almost to the 330 foot mark. Here are a couple out of the sequence. I picked these because you can see a little flame out of the exhaust.

There are A LOT of nice cars here, but I was really impressed with this car. Absolutely one of the cleanest cars I have seen in a long time. Pictures can't do this car justice, but that didn't stop me from trying

I love this Canon 7D. 7 frames per second on the track, but also does very well for things not in motion. Very happy with it and the L lens.

There are a lot more on YB in my picture thread over there if you are so inclined to view a lot more. Awesome race, by far the largest on the west coast, and I will certainly be there again next year. Difference will be that I will be racing. Taking pictures is fun and all, but I would much rather be out on the track.
