welp to be honest .,
for my first plug ,, i went to the gym,, came home ,, let the car sit about 20 min (about 78deg outsiude temp) so she was quite warm yet..
so i used my baur impact gun from HF .. zipped it right out,
when i came back the next day and decided to not wam the engine up for the last 7 plugs,
my baur impact wouldnt budge the plugs,,,
so out came my air impact,,,(more powerrrrrrrrrr)
and neededless to say they flew right out..
(i just made sure the socket was firmly on the plug and most important ,, i was straight and inline with the plug, )
again tho ,,, if you look at the plugs , and it had 70,000 or 80,000 miles on the motor before i got it,, they look too fresh to be originals,, (seeing how two of the plugs wernt the same manufacture ,, id say my assumption is right,,,
and thank god cuz ive been through enough with these engines and the gremlins they get

The biggest trick with the impact is to use one that moves very fast. And the warm engine helps to soften the carbon.
I used that same method on my 07 that had the factory plugs in it, with 200k miles on the engine. They came out with no issue.
