Thx all, now i'm waiting for the snow to start falling for the next 5 months, no more work for the instant, and i want to sit a little. My first house, my first renos ever, learned a lot, still have my 10 fingers, lets call it a success, even if a lot of improvement can be done in the work quality.

Nice work in the basement man, and the garage looks awesome. What is the finished ceiling height in the basement? Looks a little on the low side, but very useable.
