Hello all,
I ordered the GT500 wing. I spent a whopping 90 bucks, plus 8.25% in sales tax, and $25 shipping. I ordered it on 06/06/09 and it arrived 06/08/09. The packaging was very well done. I have to say the quality and finish far exceeded my expectations. I expected to see maybe a little overspray, fish eye, waves, etc... This is afterall a knockoff wing that only cost 90 bucks, painted!

The paint was dead on perfect in both finish and matching! I could not be happier!

This is kinda funny.

I just got my GT500 wing from The Spoiler Store yesterday. It was just about the fastest shipping I'd ever experienced.

Wing went on good, but not great. I opted not to drill any holes, so I had to apply some good ol' body weight to push the ends down that 1/10th of an inch in order for the tape to grab hold. I also didn't use the supplied bolts, but reused my stock ones.

All in all, the wing looks good, and I wouldn't hesitate buying one again. It feels like a quality piece of kit despite the low price. One Mustang mechanic even mistook it for a paint matched original. Granted, it's just a wing, but still, that must account for something.

I have pics. I'll post up in a few.

Any pics?

I'll wash the car and have some later on today. I'm somewhat new here so I don't know if I can post pics yet but I'll try.

-Rasmus,
Yeah you're right, it's just a wing but I've had larger items painted at 6 times the cost and come out like ass. Paint is paint. The only difference in the outcome is the prep work. So, my hat's off the Spoiler Store, they delivered. Glad to hear the wing worked out for you too!

On a side note, I opted to use the supplied hardware. I didn't have the tool to get the factory bolts off the OEM wing without stripping the bolts. The S.S. hardware is good but since I also went the 2 bolts only route, I'm thinking of using a washer with a larger diameter. I didn't want to drill holes in my trunk either.

i too got the gt500 wing from them... top notch stuff i was very impressed with them! super fast shipping and the wing has been on the car about 9 months now and looks great the color is dead on. the first time it was installed it was great i did it mayself in the drive way took 20 mins and a few hours with some feed bags sitting on the ends to help make the tape stick on the ends. came out great, but when the body shop pulled it off while doing some repairs they screwed up, they put it back on with some crappy tape and now does not stick well, and you can see the tape i'm gonna have to redo it. but the spoiler as shippid is great. would deffinantly recomend them and buy from them again.

i actually think these replicas are a tinny bit taller and come back a tiny bit farther. i had my car next to a gt500 and my spoiler just looked a little bit bigger than his. same shape same look and fit, but just looked bigger, could be because his was white but i think mine looks better.

only pic i have is of it after install but it was dark so you cant see detail and i have not taken any pic in a while but here is a real bad one.

I am very happy, and so is the wife (she bought the spoiler for my birthday a few days ago). Shipping was fast, and on a Saturday non the less. The paint matched perfectly, the quality of the painting is not perfect, but it does not bug me, and I am a very picky dude. The install was very easy. Hardest part was removing all the 3m tape from the factory spoiler.

Here are some half ass pics I took minutes after the install

I'll clean her up today, and take some nice pics tomorrow.

I am very happy, and recommend the Spoiler Store.
