Well many of you know of my problems trying to getting the car tuned...
I have been working with JDM for about a year on this tune...In june they sent me tune for a non locking converter. After I got a locking converter I tried to get a revision to that tune and have had problems sorting it out. I recently went to bama chips to get a dyno tune.Turned out that tune would not make any boost except at WOT.
We had a big annual track day rental on 3 Nov in Montgomery with some friends and some big hitters like John Goulett (MM&FF) flew in to drive Dan Parkers car .
At the track the bama chip tune would not shift out of 2nd gear and hit the rev limiter twice. Out of desperation I put the JDM tune in that I got in June just to get the car down he track. I knew it was rich and non locking but figured at least I could get a run in. I also put 109 unleaded in instead of the 103 that I had run with the JDM tune knowing it would lean it a bit. Much to my surprise the A/F moved from 11.1 to about 11.7 to 12.1 and the car went into lock up...( strange on a supposed nonlocking tune)...anyway the JDM tune shifted very well and the car ran a best for the day and an all time best right off the trailer...

Slicks bogged and got a 1.54 short time.
The car dont have enough converter for the slicks but will need them with the Nitrous as soon as I throw that at it. I can see in the vids that I needed to soften my rear a bit because the fron fell fast..( my car is the black Roush)
anyway a vid is here for you guys....lots of ( shakey video of my car and many of my friends. ) The 69 mustang is the youngest ProMod certified driver on the circuit..18 years old with a 518 CI big block with twin turbos...
The batman car is a belair with big block and twins too.
