Well Tonight was the last night bedore the track closes for the winter. I was trying out a new set of Drag Radials (M&H Race Master 275/50 17)

I needed to to really get them hot to hook up

I feel the rules for All Motor Street class is not fair for the S197's because they do not allow the aftermarket intakes..

Engine must be EFI. Any style intake or individual throttle bodies are permitted (8 cyl. motors must use stock, cobra, or bullet intakes only)

this statment makes this class all imports

so I am stuck with entering the bracket race class only

All Civics and Acuras they eliminated V8 totally with this rule.

The Strret Stock catagory does not even allow V8 cars.

they need to refine the classes to ballance the events out more, te Bracket class has hundreds of Cars.

I'm thinking that means "intake manifold" proper with any throttle body and intake tube. Would have to clarify, as that is not well written. Last year had 2 11 sec All motor Hondas (WTF do you have to do for that?)
Yeah all imports in that class. This rule does not sound right.

If that's the case I may consider this one.

Well....It looks like those 11 sec all motor Hondas broke before the finals, that's something to think about and 700 bracket cars that's a shit load of rounds. The cool thing is if you get eleiminated from the heads up bracket early enough you could still slip in to the bracket class.

That's insane. I wouldn't even go if there were 700 cars total on the grounds. Too crowded for my taste.

That wasn't entirely accurate, 700 racers according to the flyer. But still that is a shit load of cars for one event. Been to E-town for a few big shows like that, kind of get used to it after a while...........8 hours...3 runs...Ouch. yeah sometimes it sucks and sometimes it doesn't.
