Ok cool. So just cut the connector off of the new wheel since its useless. Got it.

Now I just have to wait 2 months to put it on....

And find my soldering gun

Do any of the Mustang steering wheels have the radio controls on the left?

I find it idiotic that Ford thought it'd be a good idea for the more-often used controls to be on the right, requiring you to move the hand off the shifter anyway, same as reaching forward to the radio itself.

They should've had the cruise on the right, radio on the left

Can anyone suggest an honest/reliable shop on the south shore
where I can have my lowering springs put on and the alignment checked?
I'd do it myself but I dont want to be messing around with the fronts, whereas; i have never done a spring swap before.

I know of one shop but they are primarily a foriegn car shop, and no way
will I ever bring it to a dealer. I would consider Tasca, but they are a bit out of the way.
Thanks

Chris at MPE will sort you out for the springs. He knows a ton about cars and especially mustangs. Like kevin said, let him know kevin and i sent you (im billy)

Wait ~1000 miles before aligning though.

Brian:
I was gonna go to mpe this Friday........

Id be careful and check the weather, might be smart to re-schedule?

how is your clutch? can you slip it a little starting off? as long as your not hitting the gas too hard you should be fine. of course if it looks really bad I wouldn't go anywhere, but a couple of inches you should be fine.

Just bought a bunch of detailing stuff from chemical guys.

Got the waterless carwash and wax, a sweet bottle to use for it, some microfiber towls, and metal polish for the racestars.

the stuff in this video.....cuz, you know... thats how freaking dirty my car gets.
