I think it would be a fun thing for the 2 of you to run em. Being quiet is one thing, but have fun! Yea its just back and fourth poking in here, but if you're not going to go to the track, at least line em up and see whats what.

I'll run Billy when the car is out of storage, we already planned on it, because it'll be fun! I think the 2 of you on a road course/twisty thing would be kinda neat at this point. Him having the coilover setup, but stock suspension otherwise.

And again, is your suspension what came with the car spring/strut/shock wise? I know you have UMI panhard/lca/uca if I remember. No need to be secret man, we all love cars so its cool to know what everybody does different, and then have fun running each other.

Yea my car is super slow. It's reached a max mph of 0 in the past 6 monts :chairfall:

But I'll now HOW slow it is come April, haha.

Also Kevin I'm vert Brian, not very brian. I try to keep my brian below the very level.

I don't know what you are talking about!

Road racing all comes down to the driver really. A good driver negates all the mods in the world.

And yes coilovers are terrific for road courses, absolutely, but its only one component. And yes a good driver could make a stock car outperform. Hell, i bet with some like suspension upgrades my vw would outperfom mine and billys. Better platform stock.

What I'm really interested in is for Saleen Brian to race Kevin, but with Saleen Brian driving Kevin's car and Kevin driving Saleen Brian's car.

It's a fairly large component though, all thats left would be control arm stuff. Not too sure how much LCA/UCA effects the car on a road course. Watts link would be a win though.

Oh and no doubt on the platform. If you want a real road racer starting with a mustang is a terrible idea.

944 all the way!

BTW, when did AM start selling BMR stuff? Missed that boat.

I think my car and vert Brian's would be really interesting. It would at least settle a random cam vs longtubes debate in a sense...of course, you'd want both but if you could only pick one it's up in the air. Either way, it's tough to know for sure and it's not all that interesting to me personally anyway.

I don't know about you guys but my mustang is mainly a grocery getter.
