New gauges, need help

Alright guys, this has been covered and I did search but didn't find quite what I need.

I bought a cobalt digital boost/vac gauge, LC-1 wideband, and a firewire cable to connect them to my X3.

My first question is.... Does anyone know which of the wires I need to tap into on the boost gauge to get the analog signal for the firewire cable?

I haven't recieved the LC-1 yet as it is backordered in blue(dammit). Do they include instructions with that gauge as to which wire is my analog output?

Finally, can someone either link me or explain to me the formulas to get the proper values for datalogging?

I found this online, would this mean that the gray wire would be the one that I need to splice into for my analog+ to datalog or would I need to splice into the purple wire? Anyone know the formula I need?

okay, so i was messing around in livelinkk 6.4 and under the commands menu there is a analog equations tab. I clicked on this and found LC1 and GM 3BAR MAP. Can I just use these preloaded equations for these two gauges?
