The closer those ovals are to the rear of the car, the more "erratic" the axle is.....and the more important it is to ensure you have proper rear shock adjustment.
The further the oval, the less the "hit" will be....axle will be more stable. The long Instant Center will provide a much less erratic axle...as the "hit"s isn't drastic....however, the load to the tires will be more consistent/constant..
