anything special I should do sother than a lengthy burnout when first race on slicks.

Yes, you need to do a large enough burnout to burn off half of the tread depth. Make sure you get video or you will have to do it again......

Actually PM Don W as he has been running M/T slicks for a while. What brand and compound are they?
