Dave, the car belongs to my old man. He sold is 99' Vette back in 2003 and has been wanting a new sports car since. I finally talked him into grabbing one of the new GT500s, one because my shop does mainly mustang work, and two to get the old man back into the car scene and to get involved with more of our shop work.

I wanted to coupe but he's always wanted a vert. The car is quick no matter what and after riding around it last night and test driving it I'm glad we went that route.

Not sure what his plans are for the future regarding the car but I will keep everyone updated as things happen. Right now we are just gonna enjoy the car for the summer and break her in.

I plan on adding a new 5.0 of my own or maybe an older gen GT500 soon. I would like to have one of each to compare performance to.

Thanks guys, the old man deserves it. He works long hours and needs a new toy to get away and beat on occasionally.

Lol no I didn't hit lottery... I wish man. I did graduate and picked up my diploma yesterday so I'll be focusing on doing something with my degree and further promoting the MTR company.

I will keep you all updated with the car, my old man is a gearhead as well. He won't leave it stock for long. Like father like son.... Who do you think I learned from.
