A quality 5w-20 or 5w-30 with an fl820s filter. Amsoil is good as is Mobil. Amsoil makes a great filter for extended drain intervals as well.

I run Mobil 1 5W-20 and Purolator Pure 1, Mobile 1 or K&N filters because they are all easy to get almost anywhere.
