NMRA Atco Aug 8-10

Anybody going to the races that weekend at Atco, NJ? I'm going to try to qualify in the new SuperStang class although I'm at a big disadvantage with my 5-speed. You never know though. I'm driving the car from Maryland on Thursday afternoon, get a good nights sleep then hit test and tune Friday for a bit before everything starts Saturday morning.

Hope to see some of your there. I got a cheap govt rate room at the Hyatt in Mt. Laurel, which is up the road a short distance, or so it seems...

We will definatley be there! We are trying to bring as many cars as we can. I think this is going to be one hell of an event! Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords is having their 20th anniversary party, Steve Saleen is going to be the grand marshall of the event, and the biggest and best Ford Racing series known to man! How can you pass it up!?!?!!

Come show your support for the S197 community and race in our new class "Super Stang" which is specific to S197 body cars.

LMFAO, I wish I was lucky enough to be able to attend (you never know what's in the cards though, you may just see a yellow SN95 with side exhaust). I will probably be here working hard to keep the doors open.

Speaking of which, I never did get around to installing that line lock I bought, that and about a million other things. I need to get a DD so I can tear this car apart again.

We decided to keep the carbon rear diffuser on the back of the Sterling so you'd have something pretty to look at for 1320 feet.
