I would go w/hi-flow cats. They get rid of the smell produced by O/R pipes. Also, hi-flows will "clean" up the sound and actually make it a little deeper without taking too much of the volume away. Hi-flows gives back the low end tq that O/R pipes tend to take away.

OK. I'll bite. How about to help keep the air clean, so that the lovely state of South Carolina never HAS to have the emmision regulations that places like Atlanta has. Is a few HP and a "Raspy" sound worth it? Not in my book. But, that's MHO.

Flame on!

Also, if you do go "no Cats", keep them, as you never know where the next owner might be from, and "no Cats" could be a deal breaker when it's time for you to sell it...

flame time is here.:flamethr:

dont care about the environment, if i did, i would of got a prius.
I love the smell of 92 octane in the morning, better than caffeine.
it is worth more than a few hp, espicially if you have FI, makes the engine more efficient.
it actually sounds better without cats.
i wont be selling it anytime soon, but when i do, the buyer can get some cats and install themselves if they want. but my bet is they dont bc it sounds badass without them.

BBK LT's & o/r x pipe, M80's midmounted, MBRP muffler deletes.

Each person is different. W/O cats my car sounded good, but it tended to get a raspy at higher RPMSs and would trumpet. Adding the hi-flows reduced some of the raspiness and trumpeting and actually gave it a little deeper tone.
