I am new to the forum. I have a 2005 GT convertible I am putting a Aluminator SC with a DX-1 procharger Magnum XL trans with RTX 1200 clutch, I also got the control pac from ford and all the goodies to support it.
I have all the tech info a tuner will need.
I have just moved down to Gulfport Mississippi and am looking for a tuner in the area with a dyno. New Orleans and Mobile, AL are 60 miles away. I am about 4 weeks from finishing
it up. I am doing this build as a tribute to my late wife.
She was the Mustang girl and I always had Corvettes. I am new to tunes on the ford as she always did her own. Like i always did mine on LS and LT's.
She used SCT tuner and I used HP. Was also wondering about using the HP on the ford. I know they can, but it seems like most of the ford people prefer
the SCT. I'm at a point where i need to decide and want some input from others that know them both to make a good informed decision and I
can start learning it on which ever I go with.
And before all the haters I will be the first to admit I have always been a chevy guy. but hands down the coyote is
the best and most efficient motor i've dealt with. I've already caught enough grief from all my LS buddies for saying
that.
