OEM tire replacement

I've got 40K on my OEM BFG 's (18" wheel) and it's time to consider replacement. Although I can't really complain about them, I would like to go a bit wider and I'm open to other brands. What has everyone used for OEM replacement (size/brand)?

Run a 255/45/18....very nice size for the 18's...almost the exact same height, 1/4" difference, and a little bit wider...looks better than the stock 235/50's...

or a 265/40R18 if you are lowered looks great.
