On3 turbo help!?

Well you pay for what you get you can't be a cheap ass then bitch about a $2k turbo kit...i mean fuck you only saved $5k. I mean on3 is a okay kit for the money...But I mean you can only expect so much out of a $2k turbo kit I mean when the turbo is the same price as the wg and ordering the kit with just the piping only knocks off $300 cmon. And yes if you would search on here and maybe not be lazy and read through some build threads from people that have already done the on3 install...But when you are to retarded to look at your specific year 05-06 build then thats sorry man...But i doubt you are the first 05-06 car that hos done the on3 install.

But I don't dis agree that they should atleast list what you need and what you don't need for certain years...BUT guess what?THEY DON"T so get over it if they had to pay redo there website they might not be able to sale complete turbo kits for $2k.

I'm not complaining about the product itself man. I'm complaining about the lack of information on the website. The fact that their kits have been out of stock and the fact that jegg is selling kits. They have the money to "update" their website, and updating does not mean their changing it. Matter of fact I'd imagine Jeggs will not be to happy when they find out about this (you know, since they have a good business model)

Like I said before, if you think it's ok On3 doesn't post information like that and make up a billion reason why (cuz its a cheap kit, fuck that!) but yet your drilling me to the f-ing cross, doesn't make sense to me.

I agree I know I'm not the first with these problem. I'm also not the first to fucking call them about it too, and did they change it? Fucking no! I only found out after when I google it and came across it in other fourms. I never came across it on these forum.

$2000 alot for some people jeez. I dont understand why you all are drilling him that bad. Hes complaining that they should of at least specify that you would need to do a coolant crossover for 05 models. Thats it! Knowing everyone on this site they order all there parts at once and inpatiently throws it all together because of the excitement but to find out you need one little thing to get you sarted but didnt know because the product didnt advertise. I would be kinda unhappy because i have to wait on shipment. Just my input.

For me it wouldn't be about having to spend extra coin, it's about having your ducks in a row before you start. Kind of like buying a used turbo kit from someone that's advertising it as a "complete kit". It may only be missing a few inexpensive items but it just sucks because you don't generally find out til you're working on the car and need them.

S8vo I agree but its part of the game...We are putting shit on our cars that isn't suppose to be there it doesn't always go 100% smooth...Now if OP would have searched and read up and realized his is a 05 and everyone that has done a 05-06 ON3 kit has said IN THE FIRST POST of the thread that they had to get the 07 coolant cross over...

Id say this is 75% OP's fauls for being a RA-TARD and not going through build threads. Ok, first off, no matter what when doing a build of any sort the manufacturer will probably not find EVERY flaw in their system which is why you should always do a search. I spent weeks searching different companies before I settled on HP performance. I even read about how long it took to get all the stuff for the kit, and ended up going with them anyway. Now I didn't figure it would take the fuckers an entire year to get me all the parts, but it did. However I couldn't go complaining about it on the forums because it was a known issue and I would have gotten bashed the same as you are here.

Granted it shouldn't be that way, but the fact of the matter is that it just simply is that way and you have to research. Now one thing I've learned on forums is don't get defensive so quickly. That is only going to stir the fire with a lot of the members and make them want to pick you apart more and more until you just get pissed and either leave or get over it. My suggestion to you is just take this as a learning experience. Next time take the time and do EXTENSIVE research before you buy. The modding world sucks sometimes, but the outcome is almost always worth the heartach.
