Yeah I changed em out I thought I had recommended it to ya, but I can't remember lol. Yes videos do sound good let me see if I can find a ride along person today since the weather is nice and get some footage. It will be with my iphone though. The only part I'm having trouble with though is the dang pipe that connects to the driver side manifold I even grounded down the clamp so it fit in there.

with the 2-3k you save, ill happily deal with a few headaches. anytime spent working on a car, is not time wasted.

Ill take that money and buy some awesome components like clutch, gauges a DS, some gears, nice boost controller.

or hell, get some forged internals.

Id definitely work thought the very little, and simple modifications and re-workings of the kit (if any) to save the money, as i said, working on the car and in the garage isn't a headache to me. problem solving and fiddling on the car is a pleasure to me.

Did you change the bolts out to studs? I had a little iffy seal there as well and the longer threaded studs did the trick and tightened it up alot better.

I used longer studs and cut the pipe and made it fit very easily on there now

How does this kit fit, i saw how it hangs below the car.. Are you lowered? I am 1.5in all around and i don't think it would be doable for mine.

I am not lowered but there is a couple other guys on here who are, I believe they are fine with the drop kit. I sit about 6 inches off the ground or so I believe I forget what it was when I measured the pipe to the ground.

No I love my kit its not going anywhere, I'm pusing it to the limits. I do want to go 10psi after I get my new clutch.

I read it wrong

I was thinking about doing 10PSI off the get go but for now I plan on 8 for now but figured I would either run meth and 10PSI late on or upgrade the intake manifold or turbo cams kind of a toss up.

I will be one more person that has this kit on the forums by next week if it comes on Monday I will have tuned on Friday or saturday, 4 days should be plenty of time to install the kit.

What meth kit you thinking of going with? This is the one I was looking at over snow performance.

Yeah thats what I was looking at running also. For now though I'm going to be getting other things the car went 12.2@115, at one of the worst tracks around. Its the track everyone says to add 2 tenths. I want to do clutch, some suspension and a WOT box. Then do a meth kit with 10psi, thats the plan. I might just stay at 8 and do big and littles. I'm hoping to run around 11.7s when I get everything I want.

I would try the race star big and little's I promised myself I would not go back to the track until I had them. Is this the fastest your the car has run so far?

When I went 12.16 on radials with the 125shot everyone commented on how much better I would do at Rockingham but I have yet to go. Keep the updating would like to see how your times improve I am praying for high 11's off the bat but you know how it goes with a new setup, test and tune till you find the sweet spot.

Yeah 12.2 is my best. It was my final run all the others were low 12.4s. I was getting bad wheel hop so it was hard to get the tires nice and warm. On the final run I finally did but by then the track was pretty much crap because it was the end of the night.
