PA 130 amp Alternator weird?

So i just installed a PA alternator a couple weeks ago and noticed that sometimes the battery gauge rises up and goes back to normal every once and a while. Sometimes when i rises the radio shuts of or the headlights dim and fluctuate. The battery is only about 2 years old if that and im wondering if its cause the PA alternator doesnt use a clutch pully like the stock alternator?
I have also just blown the fuse on the BAP going to the fpdm so im wondering if that could have caused it too. I checked all grounds and they are fine and clean. This is on a 2005 mustang gt

Anyone use the stock pa pulley and have this sort of thing happen?

Sounds like a possible issue with the voltage regulator, or a bad ground.

Thats whats happening and its randomly. Didnt do it today at all
